Production Manager
Architectural Millwork & Cabinetry
Pio Custom Cabinetry is growing, and we're hiring a Production Manager to own and build the operating system behind that growth. Reporting directly to ownership, you'll be responsible for how our custom architectural millwork moves from drawings through engineering, programming, manufacturing, delivery, and installation — and for building the systems, capacity planning, and accountability our roughly 30-person operation needs to reach its next stage.
This is a build role, not a caretaker role.
You're not here to keep today's operation running as-is. You're here to make it work better as we grow.
How you'll work
Find the constraint. Solve it. Systemize the solution. Develop your people. Measure the result. Then find the next one.
Why join Pio
Pio is a rapidly growing architectural millwork and cabinetry company entering its next stage. You won't inherit a finished system — you'll be the person who builds it. The processes, scheduling, and production infrastructure you put in place will directly shape how the company grows.
What you'll lead
Full responsibility across the production operation, reporting to ownership.

What we're looking for
- Architectural millwork or cabinetry experience — required. You understand how custom work moves from shop drawings through engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and installation.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or millwork experience.
- 3+ years leading teams.
- A systems builder who develops the people around them.
- Comfortable owning operational capacity and execution.
- Partners with Project Management on schedule.
- No degree required.
If you're an exceptional candidate slightly outside these guidelines, we still want to hear from you.
Schedule
Primarily Monday–Friday. Saturdays and additional hours may be required during production peaks and deadlines. Pio doesn't treat sustained overtime as a healthy way to run a shop — building the scheduling, capacity planning, and accountability that make unnecessary overtime the exception rather than the norm is a core part of this role.

Some flexibility on timing — tell us your availability when you apply.
